Chilling out! One day to go for the big event... Saturday, 12th Oct
For some reason I am in a different time zone... will fix it up later. But being 'TGIF' [as I post this 11th Oct], it is specially the last TGIF for these two as single individuals!
I am sure all or some of you are glammed up for the big event [Princess is!], and took some time off from work for that 'beauty rest' which I am sure you don't need [just another excuse to have a day off ;)]. See you all tomorrow. Here's hoping it won't be a terribly hot day - but I am sure it is a hot day for this couple!

Getting there...
The Wedding Venue:
St Andrews Presbyterian Church [60-62 Falls Road, Wentworth Falls] is a quaint early 1900's built gabled church with a 'steeply pitched terracotta tiled roof'. As most churches of this age, it is built with walls of 'rock faced random coursed sandstone with sloping buttresses. Eaves have exposed rafters and timber boards and mesh vents; and half timbered gables with projecting eaves and exposed purlins.'
It is located in a quiet and tree-lined street; and is about 95.6 km [1 hour 25 minutes] away from the Sydney CBD or about 67.7 km [58 minutes] from the City of Blacktown. The nearest public transport is the Wenthworth Falls train station, about 850 metres 12-minute walk. We would of course recommend that you come in by private transport!
The ceremony will start at 1:30 in the afternoon. The weather should be fine and sunny as it is mid-spring [fingers-crossed!]; and we would appreciate that you dressed accordingly in a formal attire. Any query, please contact us.
The Reception Venue:
We have chosen The Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains [1 Sublime Point Road, Leura - telephone 02 4784 4144] to celebrate our wedding.
Dinner and dancing will start at 5:00 in the afternoon and the reception venue is an 8-minute drive [5.3 km] from the wedding venue [see map below].
Very early on, a block of rooms have been reserved for you, our guests at a discounted rate. Please quote MUC251013 when making your reservations. Otherwise there are other venues in and around Leura and the Blue Mountains; if you wish to stay for the night. Otherwise, drive safely home.
